Karas very Chocolate Pecan Pie

This a great recipe Kara got in Washington I finally got to taste it for Christmas eve. It is rich and yummy, smart to share so you don't eat it all yourself!

Ingredients:
3 eggs slightly beaten 1 cup sugar
1cup light or dark corn syrup 2 Tbls. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/4 cup pecan pieces

1 9-inch pie shell,unbaked
1. Prepare single pie crust/preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl stir eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and melted butter until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. pour into crust.
3. Bake 50 to 55 minutes until a knife stuck into the center comes out clean.remove and cool on a wire rick.

Enjoy any occasion with this pie!
